Yulia Tymoshenko told, if such amicable agreements are not signed after appeal to the Office of Prosecutor General the Government would settle this issue judicially. Moreover, the Prime Minister of Ukraine has commissioned the National Space Agency of Ukraine together with the Arsenal design office within two weeks to prepare proposals on concluding international order agreements and to hold by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs relative negotiations. On the instructions of the Prime Minister of Ukraine proposals on a government work for the current year are to be prepared within a week, which will be reflected in amendments to the State Budget.
Government to initiate NSDC session on the Arsenal Plant situation

According to the Prime Minister, in the nearest future the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will make a request to the Office of Public Prosecutor to speed up consideration of the case connected with the Arsenal Plant. If the Office of Public Prosecutor fails to respond, I will initiate a session of the NSDC for consideration of this issue,” Yulia Tymoshenko stated. Besides, she expressed concern over the absence of reaction from the SSU and SPF to negative tendencies which take place around their plant, in particular, concerning illegal lease of objects and lands of the enterprise: “We have succeeded to preserve the plant during the war and today we are losing it”.

“We are planning to improve this system of assessment which enables to increase the level of knowledge, which will make possible to only pass a testing, just to gradually shift from finals and entrance exams to external testing only,” Yulia Tymoshenko explained. According to her, respective draft laws will be submitted to the Parliament within the nearest time. Moreover, Yulia Tymoshenko informed that a regular session of the Government will deal with a complex of draft laws and decisions pursuant to which an external testing as a method of knowledge assessment is proposed to render a legal status.
