History of division:
In 1936 according to the order of the National Commissariat of railways
of the USSR in structure of Management of Southern railways
was created The Housing Department to which submitted home-repair offices
and house managements which works on construction of habitation and
a municipal services of the railway;
In 1947 by the Decision of Council of Ministers of the USSR and the Order of Ministry of Railways was created service of buildings and constructions, and in 1966 it was renamed to Service of civil constructions, to which was subordinated all of the division;
In 1947 under such order were created construction offices (Dorstroy),
which have made Dorstroytrest;
Since 1916 of the beginnings to work Osnovyansky
factory of ferro-concrete constructions, in 1963 was created Krasnogradsky
research metalware factory, and in Romny factory "Stroydetal" began release of joiner's products and a brick from 1966;
According to order of Ukrainian Railways in 2001,
on the basis of service NGS, "Dorstroytrest",
which structure included factories, was created the service of civil and erection works and civil constructions;
66-years history of builders and workers of a municipal services of
the Southern railway proceeds more three-thousandth collective of service
BMES which creates the newest history of the railway in built up on new
technologies modern materials passenger platforms, stations,
service-technical and other buildings of stations.
