  • Volia Broadband Interactive Service Management Menu — telephone no. 541-90-10

What is it?

A new extra service for Volia Premium TV and Volia Broadband subscribers, offering opportunities for IVR-based (Interactive Voice Response) service management using telephone communication.

By calling a regular phone number you can, without having to hold for the operator:

  • Check your account balance
  • Enter information about paid bills to avoid disconnection due to payment delay by the bank
  • Activate a service (e. g. after bill payment (if temporarily disconnected due to late payments)
  • Temporarily disconnect the service (e. g. when leaving town for a considerable period of time)
  • Change your subscription/tariff plan
  • Activate (or disable) the crediting option: the disconnection threshold with a negative account balance (50% of your subscription/tariff plan)
  • Change your password for interactive service management.

How does it work?

When you the subscriber department in charge of a particular service, you can access the interactive service management menu (by pressing * and 1).

After that enter your contract number and password by pressing keys on the telephone. The telephone must be set into the touch-tone mode also known as DTMF (any cellular or fixed phone with a keypad with buttons — as opposed to a rotary dial).

Note:
Please keep in mind that every subscriber has 2 passwords: one for the Subscriber Website and the other for IVR (it is indicated on your bill). You can change the passwords using the service management menu (e. g. make them easier to remember).

After that press keys on your telephone, following voice instructions in the interactive service management menu.

How do I get a password to access the interactive menu?

You can find your IVR password (it is the same for VoIP) on the Subscriber (Statistics) Website. You can also get your IVR password by calling 541-90-10. The operator will give you the password after checking your passport information and contract number.
