A full-service billing system, Atlas SIBIL, is intended to automate the basic engineering procedures of organizations - providers of mass gas, heat, power and water supply services. Atlas SIBIL billing system enables keeping record of services sales and settlements with contracting parties - legal and physical persons (population).
