Interviewing Process

After a review and selection of a CV, we invite the best candidates for an interview.

There are three selection levels for all vacancies:

  • Testing (English language, professional test)
  • Interview with a representative of the HR Department
  • Interview with the Head of the Practice (the legal department which has a vacancy)

All professional skills, knowledge and ability which we evaluate at Magisters are considered a necessity for successful work. The decision whether to employ someone is based on these impartial criteria.

Job offer

After a successful interview with the Head of the Practice, we will send you an offer of employment at Magisters.

We try to get in touch with all candidates within two weeks. We understand that some candidates could have other interviews and offers. You have an acceptable period of time to make your decision, giving us prior notice of such.
