Our work on public private partnership (PPP) projects in the CIS has included advising the State Road Administration of Ukraine [Ukravtodor] on Public Private Partnership, authoring the Russian Federal Law on Concession Agreements and the draft Law of Ukraine on Public Private Partnership.
