Description
The objective of the role to lead sales forecasting and supply
planning for the assigned product categories to ensure product
availability at optimal inventory level
Key areas of Responsibility:
1. Management of product initiatives (new product launches,
product upgrades, product lineup extensions, consumer promo packs
and gift sets, price changes):

represent Supply Chain function in project planning
discussions

own project schedule
-
execute initiative with excellence which includes start on
time, product availability and no old product remnants

f indmultifunctional alignment on the project timing and
scop
2. Development and maintenance of inventory policy:

define the optimum stock level based on the supply chain
network parameters

discuss and verify the inventory policy with producing
plants
-
plan country inventory level for a year ahead
-
lead inventory reduction projects
3. Control of service level through the whole supply
network:
-
align with plants on the key collaboration principles and
operational tactics

lead long- and short term shipment trend analysis
-
lead long-term manufacturing capacity planning process and
resolve capacity bottle necks

review daily supply processes
