SPOT-ADMISSION IN INDIA

DANYLO HALYTSKY LVIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY has appointed ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OLENA SMOLKOVA, MD, PhD (Medicine) as University's Official Legal Representative in India to manage and perform all the activities on behalf of the University in July 2008 (from July 9 till July 22)
Graduated from Lviv State Medical Institute (now – Lviv National Medical University) in 1986 from Faculty of General Medicine with Diploma with Honours.

She is presently working as the Vice-Dean of Foreign Students (Vice-Dean for Admission Processing) in the Lviv National Medical University (LNMU).

She finished her PhD Degree in Medicine in 1991.

Now she is working as Associate Professor at the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology in LNMU.

She is having the working experience of 22 years.

She is working also in the International Affairs Office as the Vice-Dean for Admission Processing, coordinates international contacts of the University, coordinates issues concerning verification of the documents of study in LNMU.

Also she provides lectures and practical classes with English Medium Students at Histology Department.

Lviv National Medical University is not conducting any entrance exams in India and not providing any kind of scholarships.

She will organize seminars, mass media, press conferences in whole of India to promote medical education in Lviv National Medical University. Students can meet her for consultation and any enquiries regarding University admission.

Assoc.Prof. Olena Smolkova will be in charge of LVIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY to process all the admissions of Indian students on the behalf of LVIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY during her visit to India from July 9 till July 22, 2008.

Students should approach with their 10+2 marksheets to collect spot admission offer letters from Vice – Dean. Assistance would be provided for visa and travel. Limited seats. No entrance exams. Any student with 50% and above marks in PCB can apply.
