Job DescriptionInternational real estate Development Company announces an immediate opening of the position of Leasing Manager. This position is responsible for underwriting, negotiation and closing procedures as well as the creation of leasing documentation, administration, management, lease negotiation for the company’s elite commercial and housing projects. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of leasing as defined in the policies and procedures (locating and qualifying prospective tenants, assisting current tenants, lease renewals, and rent collections); customer servicing; Working with appropriate internal staff and brokers, developers, lawyers, title companies and other industry contacts to identify, analyze and/or track potential tenants; Interacting and coordinating as appropriate to meet the business plan; Fully engage in developing pipeline of new tenants and studying of expanding new markets; Overseeing the daily operation of the property\
