Joint Project Pre-Selection Initiative |
|
|
International donors who expect to support projects related to Ukraine's upcoming presidential election in 2004 have established a process designed to assist the non-governmental organization (NGO) community. The Joint Project Pre-selection Initiative is designed to streamline the grants-making process and improve donor coordination. Under the initiative, initial project proposals can be sent to a clearinghouse. Potential donors can then review proposals and may invite potential applicants to submit more detailed applications for further consideration by individual donors
