Hrytsak: Even a minister can be brought for interrogation by force
Author: Olena Bylim
According to the applicable legislation, a detective has a right for a decision to bring Lutsenko for interrogation by force.
The Party of Regions member Vasyl Hrytsak told IMC commenting on the statement of the Prosecutor's General Office on that if Lutsenko keeps ignoring interrogation he'll be brought by force.
According to him, norms of Ukrainian legislation provide for bringing a perpetrator by force. "There is such notion as legal proceedings of a detective. As a lawyer and a person who has worked in police for many years I can state that it is possible," he noted.
