In April 2007 the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine and Belarus organized three exhibitions of EU-funded projects in Ukraine. The first exhibition of 19 projects took place in Donetsk National University on April 12-13. The second exhibition that gathered 16 projects was held in the Lviv House of Science on April 19-20. The exhibition of 19 projects held in the Kyiv House of Cinema on April 25-26 was the last in the series of events aimed at raising public awareness of EU-Ukraine relations and assistance programs for Ukrainian citizens. The three exhibitions brought together both national and regional EU-funded projects representing cooperation in the spheres of agriculture, support and development of renewable sources of energy, strengthening regional social services, civil society development, struggle against HIV/AIDS in Ukraine, care for street children, and others.
