Under its annual Press and Information budget the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine and Belarus plans to conclude a series of contracts with Ukrainian and/or Belarusian private sector companies to conduct the following activities aimed at raising awareness of the European Union in Ukraine and/or Belarus:

• Organisation of press clubs, briefings, information sessions and other events on EU issues for regional Ukrainian journalists and university students
• Organisation of press tours to EU-funded projects in Ukraine and of public information days to raise awareness of EU-funded projects in Ukraine
• Support to existing and organizing new EU information centres or points in libraries and universities in Ukraine and Belarus
• Support in organizing public events such as Europe Day, thematic exhibitions and others
• Organisation of seminars, conferences, roundtables and other similar events for representatives of Ukrainian Euroclubs aimed at strengthening the network of these organisations throughout Ukraine
• Production of EU informational and promotional materials highlighting various aspects of EU-Ukraine and/or EU-Belarus relations
• Production and distribution of the Eurobulletin, a monthly Delegation's newsletter (print and electronic versions in Ukrainian)
• Production and placement of a series of newspaper inserts or supplements on EU-Ukraine relations
• Ukrainian media monitoring on EU issues and bilateral relations
• Production of EU reference materials and regular electronic newsletters on EU issues for Ukrainian and/or Belarusian journalists
• Hosting, maintenance, updating and translation of the Delegation's websites
