Chernobyl recovery is possible, says UN Assistant Secretary-General Kalman Mizsei

The United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF) announces the first call for proposals of innovative projects targeted at developing and strengthening democratic institutions, promoting human rights and ensuring all groups participation in the democratic process. The United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF) was established in July 2005 by the UN Secretary-General as a United Nations General Trust Fund under his authorities.
