Cost of migration to new MTS tariff for existing customers is 32,7 UAH. A single advance fee for changing your tariff package to MTS Unlimited Light is 299 hrn. A cost of migration between the packages of MTS is 0 UAH to the package of greater cost and 32,7 UAH to the package with a less cost.
 
All the prices are in UAH including VAT as of 1.05.2008. Billing is per second starting from the first one. According to Ukrainian law 7,5 percent fee of received communication services is charged to Pension Fund.
