Kvant-Efir will implement DTT network in Ukraine |
RRT Concern, the biggest government operator of TV and radio broadcasting in Ukraine, has announced the results of a DTT tender in Ukraine. The right to implement the first SFN networks employing MPEG-4 AVC compression starting from Kyiv and Zhytomyr with a population of approximately 5.5 million has been won by Kvant-Efir (Ukraine). A total of five companies including world known transmitting and compression equipment manufacturers took part in the bidding process.

The first pan-European meeting of marketing experts in ICT sphere took place in Kiev.
27, October, Moscow – Leading international consulting agency iKS-Consulting and organizers of the 4th Eastern European exhibition and conference in telecommunications and broadcasting “EEBC Telecom & Broadcasting” organized and held the largest event in telecommunications and marketing: The First International Conference dedicated to marketing of hi-tech products and services. The organizers are planning to hold such a conference annually.
