How can I find and book hotel?

1. If you know the name of the hotel where you want to make a reservation please use quick reservation form. Choose your hotel and select the room you wish to book. Please read carefully our reservation agreement and fill up the reservation form.
2. If you don't know the name of the hotel you could use our search function with such criterias as price, location, room type. Please read carefully our reservation agreement and fill up the reservation form. Please fill up your reservation form carefully. Your information will be sent to us automatically as soon as you press submit button. As soon as your form will be processed you will get a letter with confirmation code. You have to confirm this code at the confirmation page. The page's URL will be sent to you in the same letter. Your reservation request will be processed within 3-4 hours of initial request. The reservation could take more time in the time of holding a big expo shows, sport events, forums, conferences in the city. We will send you the confirmation letter and invoice after processing. After receiving of payment we will send you "voucher" that is an official document certifiing reservation and payment.

How can I confirm my reservation?

Please put your reservation code at the confirmation page. Its URL will be sent you by our confirmation letter. If you can't confirm your reservation, please call us to +38044 461-9308 or email: all-hotels@eindex.kiev.ua. Please note: without confirmation your reservation's status is incomplete and not be processed.

When will you confirm room availability?

We check room availability while trying to make a reservation. If there are no rooms available we will offer you another hotel according to your needs. We will contact you within 3-4 hours after receiving your reservation information.

Does room reservation price include breakfast and hotel service fee?

Hotel reservation fee and all taxes are included. If the breakfast include it is indicated at the hotel/room description.

Are the prices for room or for place?

All prices are for room not the place.

Can I get a confirmation after you check room availability?

Yes, we will confirm room availability within 3-4 hours by email or fax. That's why please put carefully all your contact information. If you make your reservation not in the labour hours your reservation will be processed later. Official holidays in Ukraine:

How can I cancel my reservation?

Please email us your cancellation request or just give us a call. The cancellation should be done at least 3 days before the reservation date for personals and at least 5 days before for groups (over 10 men).
