Services available at the MTS Contact Center

Contract subscribers of MTS network have an opportunity to order a range of services directly by phone or sending the needed documents by fax.

Changing tariff package – changing price class

Ordering Voice Mail service - voice messages service

Changing password Voice Mail service

Ordering SMS service – sending short messages

*

Ordering or canceling fax and data transmission service

*

Change of bill delivery address

*

Closing or opening international line

*

Suspension of subscription (blocking mobile number) upon subscriber's request

Reconnection after suspension of subscription upon subscriber's request

Ordering or canceling an itemized bill for next period

*

Changing the type of bill delivery (receiving bills by mail or in MTS)

Changing contact info – phone number, personal ID data, passport data

Reporting in case a mobile phone/ SIM card is lost or stolen

Only MTS subscribers have a right to order the services by phone.

The way of ordering the services:

  • for individuals – by phone and fax;
  • for legal entities – only by fax.
