28 February 2008 On February 28-29, experts from Belarus and Latvia hold the ministerial consultations in Riga to discuss the issues related to cross-border cooperation between the two countries, reports the State Border Committee of Belarus. The two parties considered a draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and Latvia on simplified border crossing rules for the residents of bordering regions of the two countries. The consultations were held at the level of the Foreign Ministers, State Border Committee and the Interior Ministry of Belarus. |
