Hours of Operation

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv (and associated offices/sections) is open to public Monday – Friday   8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The Embassy is closed to the public on weekends and U.S. and Ukrainian Holidays.

Please note, that some particular dates may vary annually.

Consular Section Hours of Operation
Public hours for American citizens and others (Consular Section is prepared to deal with emergencies at any time every day of the week. Emergencies include, but are not limited to: arrest, serious illness, and death of an American citizen.) Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
NOTARY SERVICES (INCLUDING LETTERS OF NON-IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE) Fridays 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ONLY
