Post-warranty Equipment Service
Atlas carries out the entire package of jobs to develop and implement telecom projects, besides, it offers clients a wide variety of professional services for post-warranty servicing of equipment and systems. Here we provide maintenance not only for the engineering complexes commissioned by ourselves, but for others as well.
Servicing includes the following jobs:
- regular remote or on-site diagnosis of technical condition of the equipment accepted for post-warranty servicing;
- routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures and emergency situations;
- removal of emergency conditions, which occur with the clients' equipment, in the shortest possible time;
- testing of failed equipment;
- repair of equipment at Atlas service center, at Ukrainian enterprises and at manufacturers' service centers;
- update of the existing equipment and software;
- consulting for the client's technical people as to day-to-day equipment operation.
