Where to Pay Bills?

Your Bill

When subscribing to the MTS network your number will be activated right after replenishment of your personal account. Get updates on replenishment of your personal account by calling  round-the-clock to MTS Contact Centre at 8 044 240 0000 (call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff).

Your bills list the required advance payment of monthly fees.

The service plan price in the first bill includes:

  • monthly service fee billed one month in advance;
  • the service plan price for the days when your phone was networked in the previous month.

 

MTS recommends you to pay advance payments beforehand to avoid phone cut offs on the debt’s reasons before you get a following bill.

If your phone number is temporarily disconnected on the debt reasons, you are required to pay a re-connection fee for reinstating the service, under MTS service fee requirements – following the repayment of the entire debt amount.

Get the latest updates on:

  • Used service minutes billed by the end of the previous day – at 188 (the calls are chargeable) or USSD request: *110*20#
  • Your debt on the personal account – at 977 (at no charge) or USSD request: *110*10#
