Mortgage Centre of Kreditprombank has disbursed 100 loans for the total amount of 5 million 200 thousand USD on a new mortgage program, developed together with British experts and launched in September last year, as reported the specialist of Mortgage Center of the bank, Inga Shevchuk.
The loans are being granted for the purchase of residential and small commercial property, and also for the consumer needs, e.g. for housing repair, building of dachas, education. Loan amount is from 10 to 300 thousand USD. Maturity date is to 25 years. The decision of loan disbursement is taken within five days after submission of full packet of documents.
