Description of the program for young graduates “Stars are coming up”
In order to enforce the leadership potential of UkrSibbank, HR Department has elaborated a program directed on attracting, employment and development of young High Potentials. This program gives opportunity to young graduates of the best Ukrainian and Foreign Higher Educational Institutions to be employed and developed within the UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group.
If you graduated from the Higher Educational Institution and received Bachelor or Master’s degree, if you have good level of English and you would like to be employed by one of the best Banks of Ukraine and world - UkrSibbank BNP Paribas – this program is for you.
After selection process of you can be employed to one of the vacancies of the following departments in Head Quarter (the city of Kyiv):
- Consumerfinancedepartment
- Information Technologies, Production and Infrastructure Support Department
- Marketing department
- Risk Management Department
- InvestmentBankingDepartment
- Corporate Banking Department
- Legal department
- Finance department
- Information Services Quality Department
The first step you should do to take part in the program is to fill in the on-line Application form.
After that, if you are defined by our HR team as potential who could take part in the selection process for further employment to the bank – you will receive the invitation for the presentation of the program “Stars are coming up”, where you will be given all the details of the program.
After the selection process you will be given an opportunity to pass trough the probation period. During this stage of the program each participant will have an opportunity to now more about conditions and rules of work within the bank, to participate in a special training program for young graduates, to demonstrate his/her abilities and knowledge while working independently on a project with assistance of personal tutor – who is an excellent professional and experienced manager, capable to ensure necessary conditions and provide right direction for your work on the project.
After you have successfully passed trough the probation period, you become a part of the star team of Ukrsibbank and begin your professional development within our bank!!!
