Vitaver & Associates, Inc. (a Florida Corporation since 1993) is seeking to employ a Recruiter based in Ukraine, for our operations in USA. This is a home based position, anywhere in Ukraine. The Recruiter needs to have excellent English, experience recruiting for different areas such as IT, Finance, HR, etc. The Recruiter will work as part of a team of talented recruiters in Ukraine. Vitaver & Associates is a company dedicated to excellent service, continuous improvement and a leader in the implementation of advanced technologies and processes to identify and hire the best professionals (in the USA) for positions of management, technology, finance and marketing. The Recruiter’s function is to search in our databases, screen, interview and prepare submittals (resumes and skills) of candidates to our clients, assuring that only the best candidates are presented to our clients for hiring. Our reputation rides on the quality of candidates we submit to our very important clients: some of the largest American corporations. Work hours are weekdays from 14 to 18 and 19 to 24.
