The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv is closed to the public for visa business on weekends, the last Friday of the month, as well as American and Ukrainian holidays.

Immigrant Visa Section Contact Information

When contacting the Immigrant Visa Unit in Kyiv, Ukraine about a particular case, please use cases starting with KEV or the beneficiary’s full name. We CANNOT locate cases using USCIS case numbers starting with WAC, EAC, LIN or SRC. However, you can check the status of your case at www.uscis.gov.
