Fees must be paid for each applicant. The fee is not refundable.

Fiance(e), V and K3/K4 Visa - $131 payable in Ukrainian Hryvnya equivalent only. Beginning January 01, 2008 the fee for K and V visa can be paid only at the bank.

Pavlivska Street 26/41 (closest to the Consular Section)
Monday-Friday: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Chervonoarmiyska Street 24
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Bozhenka Street 86
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Baseyna Street 17
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Mykhaylivska Street 19
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Immigrant Visa Application processing fee - $400 This payment must be made at the Embassy. This payment is only accepted in cash in U.S. dollars. Please, do not pay at the bank. (You do not need to pay additional immigrant visa fee if it has been already paid at the National Visa Center.)

Returning Resident SB1 application - $400 This payment must be made at the Consular section. This payment is only accepted in cash in U.S. dollars. Please, do not pay at the bank.

I-130 immigrant visa petition filing fee - $355 This payment must be made at the Embassy if I-130 petition is filed at the Embassy. This payment is only accepted in cash in U.S. dollars. Please, do not pay at the bank.

I-129F - fiancee petition - $455 You need to follow USCIS payment instructions.

I-129F - K3 petition - no fee

I-601 and I-212 waivers - $545 This payment must be made at the Embassy. This payment is only accepted in cash in U.S. dollars. Please, do not pay at the bank.
