Lyudmila Opryshko, attorney and senior lawyer of Konnov & Sozanovsky, participated in the discussion, which took place at the seminar for lawyers «Application of articles 277 and 94 of the Civil Code of Ukraine in court proceedings. Dispute settlement practice in election process». The seminar was organized by the Media Lawyers Association and held from July 28 till August 3, 2007.

The seminar was devoted to summarization of court practice in cases involving protection of honor, dignity and business reputation; examination of practice of application of legislation on elections and respective provisions of the Code on Administrative Litigation; and novels in election legislation.
