Shareholder's meeting and owners

General meetings of shareholders of OJSC "RODOVID BANK" took place in Kiev on June 25, 2007. In the second half of this year the size of regulatory capital will exceed 1 000 000 000 UAH.

The shareholders of OJSC "RODOVID BANK" approved the decision of Supervisory Board on the results of the closed (private) placement of shares. The planned number of registered shares of the thirteenth share issue (85 000) was accommodated within the set time period (from 01.06.07 to 20.06.07), that will allow to increase the size of the capital to 435 million UAH. The shareholders provided 100% of the cost of the purchased shares, with the total sum amounting to 620,5 million UAH. Each share was purchased for 7 300 UAH.

In addition, the changes to the Bank's Charter and internal regulation provided for the creation a new position – Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Board. Mr. Ruslan Bodunov, which was appointed as the member of Supervisory Board on 31.03.07, was approved for this newly created position.

The composition of the Supervisory Board did not change as the whole, with Mr. Vasiliy Bubka holding the position of the Chairman. He was appointed to this position in 2004.
