FIRST DEPUTY-CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

I, Dmitryi Egorenko, borned on June, 4, 1972 on Donbass. I’ve finished school with a silver medal in my native town, and in 1994 due to results ratings examinations I entered to Donetsk state national technical university, where got speciality «Mine and underground building».

During my iniversity ages, in 1993 I went on the courses of record-keeping in Donetsk build engineering school. An important step in my professional becoming was entering to the Oxford university (Oxford Brookes University), where I’ve defend a thesis and got a master’s degree of business management .

My bank experience began in July, 1994, when I began to work as the economist of department of calculation-judicial operations of operating management in the branch of joint stock bank «INKO» of the Donbass regional management, and from 1995 - the leading specialist of department of correspondent accounts of currency management of the same branch.

Since October, 1997 till March, 1998 I worked on position of leading economist of department of development of relationships with the corporate and private clients of the Donbass branch of «Inkombank Ukraine». In 1999 became the vice-chairman of Board of Donbass branch, and farther more was selected as vice-chairman of Board  – of the same branch. In 2003 held a position of the first vice-chairman of Board – manager of branch.

In RODOVID BANK (previous title of bank «Personal Computer») I began to work in 2004 on position of the first vice-chairman of Board. In the same year I’ve defend a thesis and became the candidate of economic sciences (economy, organization and management enterprises).
