Targets, tasks & activity directions of All-Ukrainian public organization “Ukrainian public relations league” (UPRL)

      Own members’ interests satisfaction and protection in legal social, creative, economic and other fields are main League’s activity targets.

Main League’s tasks are:

      - promoting of active and competent public relations specialists’ field forming according to common democratic values, professional and ethical principles of international public relations organizations;
      - creating positive image of public relations specialists profession in the community, among investors, employers, organizations leaders, Ukrainian authority;
      - professional and ethical standards development in League’s members activities;
      - informative and methodical League’s members activity support in public relations field;
      - promoting by providing ongoing professional education development to its members and other public relations specialists around Ukraine;
      - promoting by developing League’s connections with international and national professional organizations in public relations sphere;
      - information, experience and communication of League’s members exchanging business process designing.

What will All-Ukrainian public organization “Ukrainian public relations league” (UPRL) able to give to its members?

      1. UPRL stimulates civilized market development of services in public relations sector and helps us to realize as PR-specialists.
      2. UPRL is dedicated to determine precisely PR-specialist professional criteria and, due to this, to show to potential services consumers, employers that they should have common business with people having needed qualities, knowledge and moral basis.
      3. UPRL will create conditions for organization members image and reputation growth on service market: soon, a potential customer will ask no question where to find an experienced PR-specialist in the country or in Kyiv. He’ll just visit UPRL site, will read UPRL members resumes and portfolios and will be sure that person membership fact in UPRL is the essential recommendation from PR-society.
      4. UPRL creates common national system of public relations specialists qualification update: just now we are addressing to You with common work proposition to organize seminars, courses in Ukraine. If You personally get relevant qualification in such teaching in Kyiv or in the regions we will be glad to start negotiations on cooperation . Knowing experienced PR-practitioners You can recommend them.
      5. From autumn 2003 PR-club called “League” has started its activity in Kyiv, where public relations practitioners discuss actual public and professional problems, meet interesting interlocutors in non-formal atmosphere. We are planning to start such club work in regions, according to the fact that such work holding experience has been in many cities and towns . Let’s operate together, let’s publish club meetings news on our site, let’s invite participants, let’s inform everybody on work results. We wait for Your propositions.
      6. UPRL gets exceptional possibility for big PR-projects realization demanding all-national maintenance: each UPRL member, having an interesting idea of a PR-project or working on PR-problems that demand other specialists involvement, can address to PR-League with a proposition and organize temporary or constant active team, find qualified services doers. If You've had some ideas, give advice!
      7. UPRL seeks to serve its members interests defender against negative authority influence, in UPRL members rights infringement cases; to lobby UPRL members corporative interests in government bodies.

      Great creative work has started with the purpose of all possibilities realization. We will examine with pleasure all Your propositions concerning UPRL activities directions, projects, services.

      Undoubtedly, the suggested program can be completely realized if the capital and regions act coordinately and in mutual interests. We should form good conditions with the aim of giving to regions possibility to realize their specific tasks thanks to UPRL.
