Goetz Gruenberg started playing saxophone at the age of 14. Four years later he was professionally performing at jazz clubs in Germany. 1990 he received a scholarship at the Berklee college of music, Boston, ma. 1993 scholarship at the new school for social research, jazz and contemporary music, nyc. Enhancing his studies in the field of jazz and world music he lived in the big apple for six years, working as a sideman and a bandleader. Now leaving in Ukraine he regularly perfumes in Kyiv Clubs together with Vladimir Shabaltas (Guitar), Dennis Dudko (Bass) and Alexander Lebedienko (Drums).

A ZANY FAMILY
A classic street performance, as we say “A madhouse on the street”. This is a trip among people (some on stilts some not) in the guise of a loony family that finds itself in an unknown town and immediately starts dealing with the situation they’ve been handed. Everybody must constantly take care of their undisciplined grandfather, an overgrown infant, the promiscuous widow, and slightly senile old mother. With and without musical accompaniment, the family wearing their Sunday clothes walks down the street creating improvised situations.

Italian Puppet Theatre “Arrivano dal Mare”
“Pulicinella and little Accordino”: Pulcinella returns to Rome after 27 years. He walks along the streets and he sings, dances and everything is new for him. Nobody recognizes him as he has got a strange accent. But after his adventures with criminals, gendarmes, priests, dogs and their masters and the Death, people begin to recognize him. It is a very comic and poetic performance realized in Naples tradition.

Zurgó was formed in 1993, in Budapest, in Hungary. The members' aim is to collect the music of the 'csango' - a Hungarian minority living in Romania - to present it in concerts and thus preserve it for the coming generations.
Zurgo is keen on having dance-houses for Hungarians and foreigners, children and adults alike. The traditional Csango ring, chain, row and couple dances consist of simple steps that can be learnt by anybody. The members of the group can also teach songs or tell folk tales to audiences.

The Blueberries – Danish Jazz Music

The Blueberries are a traditional New-Orleans Jazz Orchestra, with their roots in the jazz, which was played at the beginning of the 20th century, and with a minimum of arrangement, but with lots of improvisation, without the loss of the melody, which remains in the seat of honour. The Orchestra was established in 1972 in Denmark and has been led by General Medical Practitioner, Jesper Egerup, who is the trombone player in the orchestra. Many thrilling musicians have played with the Orchestra over years.
The Orchestra has an incredible ability to develop a special atmosphere and create a joyful activity on the dance floor. This stems from the friendship linking the Orchestra members and the enormous pleasure they have playing.
