Proceedings

International conference “Information Technologies in Education for All” is a forum to discuss current trends, achievements and mainstreams in research and development of ICT for learning, education, and training. One of the conference’s priorities this year will be the state of the art and prospects of the Intergovernmental program “Information for All”

Main conference topics include but are not limited to the following:

• knowledge society and development models for learning and research spaces,
• UNESCO program “Information for All”,
• intelligent decision support and control in educational environments,
• knowledge management for research and educational environments,
• management of multipurpose and reusable learning resources,
• modeling of learning situations,
• advanced technologies for learning and training support,
• integration of technologies, use of  interoperability standards,
• quality issues in technology-based educational environments.

Conference program will include long and short paper presentations, posters and demos. The last conference day will be devoted to the presentations of the UNESCO Chairs and its regional offices and discussion of collaboration prospects. Round Table discussions will be arranged on specific topics.

We expect participation of researchers, teachers, developers, educational administrators as well as others interested in discussion of current state and trends in learning technologies development.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Best papers will be recommended for a journal publication.

Conference languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian

Important dates:

The papers should be 4-8 pages long (Times New Roman 11, single spaced). Formatting requirements will be distributed and made available from the conference site.
