Новая версия The Bat!, 3.60, работает быстрее и использует меньше памяти при обслуживании больших потоков переписки. Поиск писем теперь может находить строки внутри зашифрованных сообщений, при этом расшифрование таких писем происходит автоматически. В новой версии пользователь может изменять размер текста и картинок в просмотрщике HTML. Регулярные выражения в сортировщике писем можно задавать в любых алфавитах благодаря поддержке кодировки Unicode. Появилась возможность настраивать встроенный блокнот “SmartBat”.
