1. What is your core business?

The core business of Lugansk Art Gallery is selling artworks and creating commission artworks (paintings, sculpture and handicrafts).

2. How can I purchase an artwork I liked?

In order to purchase the chosen artwork, you need to click BUY link below the artwork to go to Order page. Here you should fill in all form fields and click Send button to send the completed form to our email address (please, see How to Buy). Upon receipt of an email with your order, we contact you to confirm your order and discuss all details related to purchase and delivery. Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we send or deliver you the purchased artwork (please, see Delivery page). The purchased goods will be sent to any address specified by you.

3. How can I pay for my order?

You have the following choices:

  • Credit Card Payments;
  • Money Transfer to our bank account (the procedure takes from 3 to 7 days);
  • PayPal;
  • Western Union, MoneyGram (the procedure takes only 15 minutes, and we receive the money as soon as in 1 hour. All operational expenses related to money transfer will be born by us).
  • Pay by Bank Check

4. Is ordering with credit card is secure at your site?

Paying with your credit card is absolutely safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encipher payment data you send via Internet (please, see Safe Shopping Guarantees).

5. How is a portrait packed for delivery?

Every artwork is packed manually in ultra strong materials, applying special technologies, and then, rolled in special tube, carefully transported to its destination.

6. What delivery methods do you use?

We employ services of such transportation companies, as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS the indubitable leaders in transportation market with immaculate reputation.

7. How much does my delivery cost?

We offer free worldwide deliveries, if a value of your purchase is at least $500. In case when the value is less than $500, the cost of delivery will be set according to FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT fees.

8. How long does it take to get my purchase?

Shipment of your purchase is effected within 48 hours from the moment when the agreed amount of money is received by us. Delivery of your purchase will take 3-5 working days (please, see Delivery page).

9. What if my purchase arrives in damaged state?

The chance that your purchase will arrive damaged is very low, as we use special packing materials for safe and careful transportation to ensure secure delivery and prevent possible damages. In case when your purchase does arrive damaged through our fault, we shall exchange your purchase or shall refund its cost. All artworks are send insured, and a transportation company will repair damages, if they occur. Please, contact us to get the details.

10. Are the artworks presented at your site are original?

All artworks presented at our site are original and created by hand, as stated and confirmed by Originality Certificate.

11. Are any digital technologies are used during creation of artworks?

No, all works presented at our site were created by professional artists only by hand, without any digital technologies.

12. Can you create an artwork on commission portrait or painting?

Of course, we can. Professional artists can create any portrait, copy or any other artwork, including sculptures at your request.

13. Can I get a discount, if I order several articles?

In most cases, we offer a discount, provided that you are already our regular customer or purchase more than 3 articles.

14. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but only before we have sent your purchase. If you want to cancel your order, but a painting has been already sent, you may return it within 5 days, paying transportation and operational expenses (please, see Money Back Guarantee).

15. I want to purchase a painting, but later. Can you reserve it for me?

Of course, we can reserve this painting for you, just contact us.
