Global Service and Repair Operations - Service and Repair Operations Manager Braun & Power Oral Care

Business purpose of the job:
Leading the market in order to achieve the tactical plans of the Service and Repair Operations Organization. Ensure high quality Authorised Service Centers (ASS) for all Braun and Power Oral Care (POC) products. Manage Service and Repair Operations activities within the market as a business and communications manager.

Important responsibilities of job:
- Set up and manage efficiently ASS centers in all markets of the in the market.
- Coordinate information flow between the market and the regional Service and Repair Operations and the other way around
- Apply policies and guidelines aligned with Global and Regional policies, guidelines:
- Reimbursment of ASS activity
- Parts pricing
- Service concepts for new products
- Training (with Braun ICS)
- Replacement concepts
- Other

- Support new product launches from Service and Repair Operations point of view
- Review of competitors procedures in the market
- Service center support, control and training regularly
- Handling of claim analysis, verification and payments to service providers
- Maintanance of local systems
- Control spare parts supply
- Liaise with trade partners regarding after sales claims handling issues
- Liase with P&G sales team and trade partners regarding implementation of replacement concepts
- Provide required reports to the region/Ceantral and Eastern Europe /Balkans management
- Achieve agreed KPI-s
- Monitor and report on product quality
- Control and review operational costs and budgets

Qualifications:
- Eligible to work in Ukraine
- Technical or Business digree
- English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
- Driving Licence
- Ready to spend 30% travelling
- Good analytical skills, advanced computer user (Microsoft Office tools)
- Self directed, initiative
- Strong communication and leadership skills
