Academic and pedagogic potential
 

    The National University of Food Technology provides students with high qualification of Bachelor and Master degree at 8 faculties for 27 specialisations: faculty of technology of sugar substances and functional food products, faculty of fermentation and bread making technology, faculty of technology of meat-dairy manufactures, mechanical faculty, energetic faculty, faculty of automation and computer systems, the faculty of economy and management, registration-financial and business activity. The graduates can get three degrees: bachelor, specialist and master.
    At university are trained more than 18000 students, including more than 200 students-foreigners from 14 countries of the world. The National University of Food Technology processes the IV level of accreditation. There are 38 chairs. Teaching staff is 805 teachers: 61 professors, the doctor of sciences, 332 senior lecturers, the candidate of sciences and 412 assistants. Among them: 21 academicians, 12 winners of the State premium of Ukraine, 7 Honored workers of a science and technique, 9 Deserved workers education.
