The new, most modern MTS Contact Center is an extended network of auto-informers that enables the company’s clients, without excessive efforts and unnecessary spending of time, to:

111 – short mobile number used for calls from mobile phones connected to the MTS network (calls are free-of-charge in Ukraine). Through this number, new and existing MTS subscribers may find out tariffs, loyalty programs, services and their account status.

222 – emergency service number (from fixed phones – 8 044 240 0000, call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff). You may call to the specified numbers in case you have lost your phone, you have a question regarding blocking of your number, difficulties with SMS messages, as well as to express your wishes concerning the company’s coverage.

555 – number by which you may receive information about promotions, special offers and conditions for your numbers. Potential clients of the company may call from a fixed phone to number 8 044 240 0000 (call cost in accordance with the chosen MTS tariff) and receive general information about MTS: current promotions, tariffs, up-to-date questions, etc.
