Last year Kreditpromabnk issued and placed its second bond issue for the amount of USD 20 million. Bonds were issued for the term of six years in two series – prior redemption in 12 and 18 years. The largest part of it – 65% - was placed among investors–nonresidents. Raised funds were directed for microlending and retail.
In the current year Kreditprombank is considering possibility of the third bond issue for the amount of USD 40 million, which is planned to be placed fully among investors–nonresidents. The purpose of issue is to raise long-term financing for corporate and private clients lending and diversification of sources of liabilities.
