PC Tools (www.pctools.com) is a hugely successful and rapidly expanding leading international software company requires C++/Delphi Developers for our Kiev office (3 vacancies). This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced developer, preferably with some Delphi skills, to become involved in the design and development of our Windows based security software and system utility software.
We are looking for an applicant that can think out-side the box, and has the ability to implement cutting edge functionality in a fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment, while retaining a high level of code reliability.
To be considered for this role you will need:

- strong OO principles
- working knowledge of Windows system internals (such as registry, file, network and other low-level WIN32 APIs)
- ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines and effectively prioritise multiple, concurrent tasks
Previous experience with Windows-based security software (e.g. anti-virus) or system utilities would be a big advantage as would exposure to C++.
Essential to your success will be your
- In depth knowledge of Windows operating system APIs
- Experience with security/encryption algorithms
- Experience with compression algorithms
- Sound technical knowledge to fully develop solutions for projects with a high degree of complexity
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Fluent English is a real advantage
- Analytical and logical approach to all issues and problems
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
