Daily, company "Autolux" executes transportation of baggage by Mitsubishi Canter over the territory of Ukraine. The main advantage for client is possibility to visit office in any time for send/receive baggage. Nowadays, there are 70 offices are opened in 49 cities of Ukraine. In big cities more then one office are opened in different regions. Reception of the baggage is possible in any office of the city, while delivery of the baggage realizes only in the central office.
General rules of baggage delivery:
1. A sender comes to "Autolux" office and fills in the declaration for the baggage.
2. The worker of the company values the baggage' transportation. If a client agrees with the price the baggage will be accepted. Either sender or receiver may pay for our company's service. In addition, our clients have a possibility to pay for baggage transportation by invoice.
3. After the baggage accepted, a sender should to inform a receiver: number of declaration, the route and data baggage was send, terms of delivery (this information a sender gets from the operator of our company).
4. Company "Autolux" accomplishes the baggage transportation to the destination.
5. A receiver comes to "Autolux" office in their city.
ATTENTION: A RECEIVER SHOULD HAVE A PASSPORT. If a baggage addressed to the company a receiver should have a letter of attorney with stamp. A RECEIVER SHOULD KNOW THE NUMBER OF DECLARATION. There is no delivery of the baggage without documents!
