About conference
Mergers & Acquisitions in Ukraine is the third conference that will be conducted by RMS Ukraine. Every conference we organize highlights a great deal of vital issues of mergers and acquisitions in the Ukrainian market.
Processes of mergers and acquisitions in Ukraine are extremely dynamic and affect practically all fields of national economy.
Being one of the ways to implement a corporate strategy mergers and acquisitions ensure access to new clients and market segments, achieve the economy of scale, implement a new approach to the management of the company, mitigate or eliminate threats of competition and gain access to new technologies or products.
