UMC represents a new service - "Money Transfer". Henceforth, all S²M-SIM and JEANS subscribers may update the mobile account of other S²M-SIM and JEANS subscribers by means of transferring money for them from their account. The service does not require activation. From July 20, 2006 the "Money Transfer" service is accessible for all S²M-SIM and JEANS subscribers. Cost of one transfer is 0.10 UAH (including VAT).
Thanks to the "Money Transfer" service, S²M-SIM and JEANS subscribers have the following opportunities:
- To update the account of another S²M-SIM and JEANS subscriber for a sum from 5 up to 500 UAH.
- To update the account of a subscriber who is in roaming.
You may transfer money either with the help of a query on your mobile phone, or by sending an SMS message.
To transfer money with the help of a query on your mobile phone, it is necessary:
1. To dial on your mobile phone the query for transferring money in this form:
 150 8 (operator’s code) XXXXXXX sum , where XXXXXXX is the number of the subscriber
For example:
150 80501234567 35 , where After that, you will receive a USSD response* with indication of the user's number, the transfer sum and the transfer confirmation code.
For example: for subscriber 80501234567 to transfer 35 UAH. To confirm, dial 150 XÕXX , where XXXX is the unique confirmation code
* - USSD - Information that appears on the display of your phone.
2. To confirm transfer of money:
To confirm the transfer of money, dial on your mobile phone the transfer confirmation command in the following form:
150 ÕÕÕÕ If everything is done correctly, you will receive a message that the money transfer query is accepted.
It is also possible to transfer money by sending an SMS to number 150 with the text:
8 (operator’s code) XXXXXXX sum, where XXXXXXX is the number of the subscriber
For example: 80501234567 35, where After that, you will receive a message with the unique money transfer confirmation code.
Moreover, you may always receive detailed instructions concerning money transfer by dialing the combination *150#) or sending an empty SMS message to number 1501 for receiving instructions in Ukrainian, 1502 for receiving instructions in Russian, and 1503 for receiving instructions in English.

For subscribers in roaming, the service is available only for reception of money.
