Registration page

Thank you for your interest in the conference. Please fill out the registration form below so we could generate your admission e-ticket and pre-book meetings with exhibitors. Please note that registration and participation in the Exhibition and the Conference are free of charge.


We encourage you to register soon since the number of seats at the Plenary and Break-out sessions is limited. Your early registration will also ensure that we can schedule your meetings with the companies for the times that fit your preferences.


Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. In case if you will not recieve entry-pass flyer please send your request via email for Ms Anna Kalinina. Once the meetings with the companies selected during the registration process have been confirmed, we will notify you separately of the exact times. We will also advise the companies you have selected of your interest to establish communication and maximize your time at the event.


Additionally, each registered attendant presenting their e-ticket upon arrival at the exhibition site will receive a set of information materials which will include the official Catalogue of the event and a set of four CDs outlining business and investment opportunities Ukraine has to offer. The exhibiting companies will also have detailed information about their activities to offer for your consideration.
