Twenty-five representatives of the local NGOs, librarians, psychologists and students attended the seminar. Anna introduced the participants to fundraising sources. The participants proposed to conduct one more seminar on the topic. |

| The leaders of the Cherkasy City Station for Young Tourists, who had attended Step-by-Step training session on computer and Internet basics in October 2003, conducted training for their students entitled “First Steps on the Internet.” Thirty-three pupils attended the training. They visited the websites of the city. |

| The IATP access site in Cherkasy hosted the meeting of the ECA alumni. The event was devoted to the fundraising issues. Three NGO representatives discussed the Fair of the Sponsor Organization, which had taken place in Kyiv on October 11.
