JSIB “UkrSibbank” is an active participant in the international capital markets and offers its clients a full range of services according to the world standards.
The Bank has a well developed correspondent account network, which includes the major financial centers of the world, and this fully meets our clients’ requirements. JSIB UkrSibbank may act as a financial consultant and a participant of the foreign borrowing process; this includes, in particular, arrangement of eurobonds and syndicated loans, bridge-financing.
Thank to its wide experience, the Bank also provides advisory and consulting services in obtaining international credit ratings from the leading world agencies, such as S&P, Moody’s and Fitch Ratings.
Other important activities of the International Business are: financing of the trading operations of Ukrainian companies, which have foreign-economic activity; financing of public utility companies, secured with guarantee of USAID; REPO transactions and etc.

In April 2006 a deal on the acquisition of the 51% stake in JSIB “UkrSibbank” by BNP Paribas was completed. 49% shares of JSIB “UkrSibbank” remaines in the possession of the original shareholders. BNP Paribas is in the top-10 world leading banks and present in more then 85 countries. The French bank is a leader in providing trade finance services and origination of debt securities.
