1. The Parties
   PP Languages Training Center (hereinafter called ELTI CENTER) supply students and others (hereinafter called STUDENT) with tuition and accommodation for language courses in Ukraine.
2. Introduction
   All classes are conducted by qualified and certified university teachers.
   One class hour equals 60 minutes. Classes are not offered on Saturdays/Sundays and national holidays. Course materials can be either borrowed for the period of studies or bought. STUDENT should bring a dictionary yourself.
   STUDENT will receive a certificate after the completion of the course with at least 80% attendance and a final test that assesses your skills.
   General courses comprise tuition in groups consisting of 2-7 persons, 20 hours per week. The starting dates for Summer/Christmas intensive group courses are advertised on the first page of our website.
   Individual studies are offered all year round and STUDENT can choose when to start.. If STUDENT wants to have a special focus in his individual studies, for instance business, law, conversation etc. ELTI CENTER can arrange it.
3. Accommodation
   Accommodation is normally available on Sunday prior to the start of the course until Saturday after it finishes. Please inform us if you wish to have extra nights before and/or after the course. It will be arranged at an extra fee. Contact us to discuss your particular accommodation requirements.
4. Payment
   A deposit of 180 Euro plus 15 Euro enrolment fee are required at the time of reservation, unless STUDENT is booking the course less than 5 weeks before his course is due to start - in that case 50% of course fees are required when STUDENT makes his booking (180 deposit becomes the part of the payment). 15 Euro enrolment fee and 180 Euro deposit are non-refundable and should be paid at least five weeks before the starting date the course. 50% of course fee should be paid within five weeks prior to the starting date but not later than three weeks before the beginning of the course (the deposit becomes the part of the payment) if other is not agreed. The rest 50% of course fee is paid on arrival. The full payment of the course and accommodation fees must be received by ELTI CENTER before the starting date of the course. Failure to do so leads to cancellation of your course. The course fee does not include meals (unless other agreed), accommodation, tickets, insurance, visa and administration fees, international language exams and airport collection services.
   The 25 Euro administration fee must be paid together with enrolment fee, the deposit/50% of course fee at the time of reservation in case if STUDENT needs a letter of invitation to obtain an entry visa. We don't provide letters of invitation before the reservation of a course is made.
   Group discounts are available.
5. Payment by bank to bank transfer:
   The payment is done by bank transfer. The full balance must be received by us, free of bank charges. The wire (transfer) can be done only after you received the invoice from us. Please let us know about your intension to make a transfer and we'll send you the invoice.

6. How to book the course.
   1. Please look through our web page and decide which program you are interested in.
   2. Registration is done in writing using a downloaded enrolment form (application). Please send to us your completed enrolment form together with your 180 Euro deposit or 50% of a course payment plus 15 Euro enrolment fee. Please enclose a photocopy of your passport. Registration and reservation of a place on the course and accommodation can only take place once the enrolment fee and the deposit/50% of a course payment have been received. The registration form should be completed in detail to help ELTI CENTER adapt the tuition to your own particular needs.
   3. Indicate on your enrolment form that you would like an airport collection service, please inform us of your full flight details not later than 7 days before your arrival date.
7. The letter of invitation and visa
   Following payment, not later than two weeks before the start of the course, a STUDENT will receive an invitation to Ukraine. This invitation is the basis of STUDENT's request for a business visa for his stay in Ukraine. Please note that it takes 7 to 14 days to process the letter of invitation. We start preparing the letter of invitation only after we have received all reservation fees from STUDENT (read the payment section 4 and 5). The visa is compulsory. In the enrolment form STUDENT must state at which Ukrainian consulate he intend to apply to for his visa. The original invitation can be sent to STUDENT against payment of the distribution cost.
8. Insurance
   Health insurance is compulsory. We assume that STUDENT has a valid insurance policy for the period in question which covers Ukraine. It is very important that STUDENT brings his insurance to Ukraine. ELTI CENTER can also assist STUDENT purchasing an insurance on his arrival.
9. Age limit
   From 18 and up. 16 with guardian's (parent's) permission.
10. Cancellation by the Student
    The following provisions apply:
    Cancellation must be notified to the ELTI CENTER office in writing. The day notification is received at the ELTI CENTER office is the designated cancellation day and the provisions laid out will apply.
    Cancellation up to 35 days prior to starting date of the course: loss of deposit and enrolment fees only.
    Cancellation between 34 and 15 days prior to starting date: loss of deposit, enrolment fee and 25% of the remaining cost of the course.
    Cancellation between 0 and 14 days prior to starting date: loss of deposit and 100% of the remaining cost. This doesn't apply to the cases of severe illness or accident which affect the person registered or their close relatives. A doctor's certificate is required. If the course cannot be taken due to the above mentioned reasons, the full amount deposited to our bank account will be refunded minus 10% taxes and enrolment fee.
    No refund will be made for study packages of 1-2 weeks.
11. Vaccination
    We recommend that STUDENT contacts his doctor and be given the appropriate vaccinations.
12. Acts of Nature
    ELTI CENTER is not responsible for lessons lost through earthquakes, flood, hurricane or other acts of nature. Lessons lost as a result of such acts of nature will not be made up or refunds given.
13. Behavioral Expectations
    Students and people accompanying students are expected to behave in a courteous and polite manner and respect the culture of the country. The use of drugs or rude behavior, alcohol abuse is not acceptable. ELTI CENTER reserve the right to terminate the participation in the course as well as occupancy in accommodation of any person who behaves in an abusive manner towards others.
