The Head of the Subcommittee presented result of the Subcommittee’s activity in 2006, reminded that the activity was concentrated on customs and legislation issues, such as: marking of medical devices, licenses for medical practice, difficulties with customs clearance because of uncertain determination of commodity code (regarding UKTZED), non-transparent Ukrainian legislation on medical devices and lack of harmonization in Ukrainian legislation with EU Directives on Medical Devices – were two main issues dealing with legislation activities. more »
