The information for the passengers!
At the Ternopol railway station passenger Service Center works daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Service Center is placed on the second floor of the right wing of station and provide following services:
  1. Booking and registration of the travel documents in the direct and international travels - 5 UAH per ticket;
  2. Telephone and facsimile services (Ukraine\Region\City)- 0,90\0,65\0,30 UAH per min.;
  3. Inquiry services (railway timetable) - 2 UAH.;
  4. Document coping (1 side side page) - 0.25\0.40 UAH.

And also in addition new services was added:
  1. Internet access be leased line - - 0.09 UAH per min.;
  2. Scanning - 1.50 UAH per А4 page;
  3. Color printing - 0.70 UAH per А4 page (text);
  4. Recording of a compact disc - - 4.80 UAH (per 1 session);;
  5. E-mail services - 1 UAH
