Q. Can you collect me from the airport?
A. Yes in fact we strongly advise this. It is fair to say that a foreigner arriving in Ukraine for the first time may be taken advantage of. This could involve being considerably overcharged by your taxi driver or perhaps even worse. Just advise us of your exact arrival details and we will have an English speaking there to meet you. This is a free courtesy service provided by Odessa Renta Flat.

Q. How do I pay for the apartment?
A. An advance payment of $50 is required. This can be done with your credit card. The balance should be paid on arrival for the duration of your stay. Payments in US dollars.

Q. Is your online payment system for deposits safe?
A. Yes. We use PayPal, an eBay company based in San Jose California, the global leader in online payments. It has over 70 million account holders worldwide and is amongst the most secure ways of paying online. If you are not an a/c holder it is fast and easy to sign up.

Q. What is included in the cost of the apartment and are there any extra charges?
A. The apartment is cleaned, bed linen changed every five days. Additional cleaning available on request. Local telephone calls are free. Prepaid cards can be bought for international calls and use of laptop. There are no other charges.

Q. What are the check in/out times?
A. 12.00 Noon.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you don`t show up the deposit is retained. If you change your reservation dates your deposit will be valid for the new dates provided two weeks notice is given. Otherwise the deposit will be retained.

Q. What if I don`t like the apartment?
A. In the unlikely event of this being so we will offer you an alternative the next day.

Q. Can I reserve a particular apartment?
A. Yes provided your stay is for more than two nights and you book two weeks in advance.
